Ind. Code § 25-15-2-2

"Alternative container"

As added by P.L.246-1985, SEC.1.

"Alternative container" means a rigid or nonrigid receptacle or other enclosure that:

(1) is made of a nonmetallic material; and
(2) does not have ornamentation or an inner lining.
