As used in this section, "funeral ceremonies" refers to services or rites commemorating the deceased, with the dead human body present, conducted:

1. (1) in churches;
2. (2) in funeral homes;
3. (3) in cemeteries;
4. (4) in crematories; or

5. (5) elsewhere.

   Funeral ceremonies include visitations, funerals, graveside funeral services, and other similar rites or ceremonies.
