1. (a) A dentist may not be required to:

   1. (1) administer an immunization; or

   2. (2) complete a course of training under section 1(a)(3) of this chapter;

      if the dentist chooses not to administer immunizations.

2. (b) If a dentist chooses not to administer immunizations, the dentist is not required to complete a course of training under section 1(a)(3) of this chapter to maintain a license to practice as a dentist in this state.
