Ind. Code § 25-11-1-14 – Delegation by secretary of state

The secretary of state may delegate any or all of the rights, duties, or obligations of the secretary of state under this chapter to:

(1) the securities commissioner appointed under IC 23-19-6-1 (a); or
(2) any other designee under the supervision and control of the secretary of state.
