1. (a) The legislative services agency shall conduct an analysis of the fees established under section 2 of this chapter.

2. (b) Not later than January 31, 2026, the legislative services agency shall submit a report to the budget committee in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 containing the results of the analysis conducted under subsection (a). The report must include:

   1. (1) the amount of fees collected; and

   2. (2) a description of how the proceeds from the collected fees were used;

      during the two (2) most recent fiscal years.

3. (c) This section expires July 1, 2026.
