Ind. Code § 24-8-6-2

Civil liability

As added by P.L.233-1989, SEC.1.

A sponsor or promoter who violates this article is liable to an aggrieved person for the greater of:

(1) two (2) times the actual damages sustained by the person; or
(2) five hundred dollars ($500) plus attorney's fees.
