Ind. Code § 24-5-13.1-5

"Installer"

As added by P.L.91-2022, SEC.1.

As used in this chapter, "installer" means any person who is engaged in the business of:

(1) modifying a motor vehicle to make a converted motor vehicle; or
(2) fixing a conversion in a converted motor vehicle.
