Ind. Code § 24-5-12-7
"Salesperson" defined
As added by P.L.253-1987, SEC.1.
As used in this chapter, "salesperson" means a person employed, authorized, or appointed by a seller, including an independent contractor, who solicits a sale on behalf of the seller.
