As used in this chapter, "insured consumer" refers to a person:

1. (1) that is a policyholder or an insured under a:

   1. (A) personal line policy of property and casualty insurance coverage; or
   2. (B) commercial line farm insurance policy that insures residential property; and
2. (2) that is or may become a consumer that enters into a real property improvement contract under this chapter.
