Compliance with other applicable laws

A telephone solicitor, a supplier, or a caller must also comply with all other applicable laws, including the following, if applicable:
- (1) IC 24-5-12 .
- (2) IC 24-5-14 .
- (3) IC 24-5-14.5 .
