1. (a) A person injured by a violation of section 5 of this chapter may bring a civil action for:

   1. (1) injunctive relief;
   2. (2) actual damages caused by the violation;
   3. (3) treble damages; and
   4. (4) costs and reasonable attorney's fees.
2. (b) Injunctive relief may be granted for a violation of section 5 of this chapter regardless of the failure of the plaintiff to show irreparable injury.
