(a) A person injured by a violation of section 5 of this chapter may bring a civil action for:
- (1) injunctive relief;
- (2) actual damages caused by the violation;
- (3) treble damages; and
- (4) costs and reasonable attorney's fees.
- (b) Injunctive relief may be granted for a violation of section 5 of this chapter regardless of the failure of the plaintiff to show irreparable injury.
