Ind. Code § 24-4-27.5-5
"Interest"
As added by P.L.60-2026, SEC.1.
As used in this chapter, "interest" means:
(1) a share in a business corporation (as defined in IC 23-0.5-1.5-3 ); or
(2) a governance interest or economic interest in any other type of unincorporated entity.
