Ind. Code § 24-4-25.5-5

"Indiana media entity"

As added by P.L.132-2025, SEC.1.

As used in this chapter, "Indiana media entity" means a media entity that:

(1) has a physical presence in Indiana; or
(2) receives income from one (1) or more subscribers located in Indiana.
