Indiana media entity publishing or broadcasting content sourced from or influenced by foreign entity; disclosure

An Indiana media entity that publishes or broadcasts content:
- (1) sourced from; or
(2) influenced by;
a foreign entity must include the name of the foreign entity in the publication or broadcast.
