1. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), a person may sell low THC hemp extract at retail only if the packaging complies with the requirements of IC 24-4-21-4 .
2. (b) Before July 1, 2018, a person may sell low THC hemp extract at retail even if the packaging does not comply with the requirements of IC 24-4-21-4 .
