Ind. Code § 24-4-21-2

Distribution generally

As added by P.L.153-2018, SEC.9.

A person may distribute low THC hemp extract in Indiana only if the product:

  1. (1) has been approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration or the federal Drug Enforcement Agency as a prescription or over the counter drug; or
  2. (2) meets the requirements of this chapter.
