Class A misdemeanor; affixing stamp on prohibited cigarettes
As added by P.L.21-2000, SEC.10.
A person who knowingly or intentionally sells, or distributes cigarettes that bear Indiana tax stamps affixed in violation of this chapter commits a Class A misdemeanor.
