Ind. Code § 24-3-3-2
"Adjusted for inflation"
As added by P.L.223-1999, SEC.1.
As used in this chapter, "adjusted for inflation" means increased in accordance with the formula for inflation adjustment set forth in Exhibit C to the Master Settlement Agreement.
