Ind. Code § 24-14-2-14

"Storage facility"

As added by P.L.281-2019, SEC.5.

(a) "Storage facility" means any:
1. (1) lot;
2. (2) facility; or
3. (3) other property;
  used to store motor vehicles that have been removed from another location by a tow truck.
(b) The term includes a storage yard (as defined in IC 9-22-1-3.5 ).
