Ind. Code § 24-14-2-13

"Seizure towing"

As added by P.L.281-2019, SEC.5.

"Seizure towing" means the towing of a motor vehicle for law enforcement purposes involving:

(1) the maintenance of the chain of custody of evidence; or
(2) the forfeiture of assets.
