Ind. Code § 24-14-10-1

Deceptive acts

As added by P.L.281-2019, SEC.5.

A person who violates this article commits a deceptive act that is:

(1) actionable under IC 24-5-0.5 ; and
(2) subject to the remedies and penalties set forth in IC 24-5-0.5 .
