Ind. Code § 23-2.5-11-17

Violations; felonies

As added by P.L.175-2019, SEC.2.
  1. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), a person who knowingly violates this article commits a Level 5 felony.
  2. (b) A person who knowingly violates this article commits a Level 4 felony if the person damaged by the violation is at least sixty (60) years of age.
  3. (c) A person commits a Level 5 felony if the person knowingly makes or causes to be made in:

    1. (1) a document filed with or sent to the commissioner or the securities division; or
    2. (2) a proceeding, an investigation, or an examination under this article;

      a statement that is, at the time and in the light of the circumstances under which the statement is made, false or misleading in any material respect.
