Ind. Code § 23-1.3-5-2 – Consideration of interests consistent with other laws

The consideration of interests and factors provided in section 1 of this chapter:

(1) does not constitute a violation of IC 23-1-35 ; and
(2) is in addition to the ability of directors to consider interests and factors under IC 23-1-35-1 .
