Ind. Code § 23-18-3-2.6

Intent; validity of operating agreements and acts before July 1, 2014

As added by P.L.63-2014, SEC.31.

Section 2.5 of this chapter and IC 23-18-4-4 (a)(3) are not intended to adversely affect the validity of:

  1. (1) any provision of a written operating agreement in effect before July 1, 2014, that:

    1. (A) provides for an officer or officers; or
    2. (B) sets forth the powers or duties of an officer or officers; or
  2. (2) any act by an officer before July 1, 2014.
