1. (b) A foreign limited liability company may not be denied registration by reason of a difference between the laws of the state or other jurisdiction where it was organized and Indiana law.
2. (c) A foreign limited liability company may not do any kind of business in Indiana that Indiana law prohibits a domestic limited liability company from doing.

Sec. 1. (a) The laws of the state or other jurisdiction under which a foreign limited liability company is organized govern its organization, internal affairs, and the liability of members.
