Any:

1. (1) public employee;
2. (2) public official; or

3. (3) employee or officer of a:

   1. (A) contractor; or

   2. (B) subcontractor;

      of a public agency;

      who violates this chapter is subject to penalties and discipline set forth in IC 5-14-3-10 .
