(b) A foreign corporation may be served by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed to the secretary of the foreign corporation or other executive officer under Trial Rule 4.6(A)(1) at the foreign corporation's principal office shown in the foreign corporation's application for a certificate of authority or in the foreign corporation's most recent biennial report filed if the foreign corporation:
(c) Service is perfected under subsection (b) the earliest of the following:
Sec. 10. (a) The registered agent of a foreign corporation authorized to transact business in Indiana is the foreign corporation's agent for service of process, notice, or demand required or permitted by law to be served on the foreign corporation.
