Ind. Code § 23-17-2-11
"Domestic corporation"
As added by P.L.179-1991, SEC.1.
(a) "Domestic corporation" means a public benefit, mutual benefit, or religious corporation incorporated under or subject to this article.
(b) The term does not include a foreign corporation.
