Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "business entity" means:

1. (1) a corporation;
2. (2) a limited liability company;
3. (3) an association;
4. (4) a partnership in any form; or

5. (5) any other similar form of business organization;

   whether organized for profit or not for profit.
