Revocation of certificate of authority upon failure to report

Sec. 6. (a) The secretary of state may commence a proceeding under this section to revoke the certificate of authority of a corporation admitted to do business in Indiana if the corporation does not deliver its biennial report to the secretary of state within (60) days after it is due.
- (b) The procedure for revocation of a certificate of authority under this section is the same as that set forth in IC 23-1-51-2 and IC 23-17-26-13 .
- (c) The procedure for appeal of a revocation under this section is the same as that set forth in IC 23-1-51-3 and IC 23-17-26-14 .
