Revocation of certificate of authority upon failure to report

Sec. 6. (a) The secretary of state may commence a proceeding under this section to revoke the certificate of authority of a corporation admitted to do business in Indiana if the corporation does not deliver its biennial report to the secretary of state within (60) days after it is due.

  1. (b) The procedure for revocation of a certificate of authority under this section is the same as that set forth in IC 23-1-51-2 and IC 23-17-26-13 .
  2. (c) The procedure for appeal of a revocation under this section is the same as that set forth in IC 23-1-51-3 and IC 23-17-26-14 .
