Sec. 1. This chapter applies to a corporation organized in Indiana, or doing business in Indiana, regardless of the law under which it was incorporated or admitted to do business in Indiana and whether or not it is required to file an annual or biennial report with any other governmental agency, if the corporation is not required to file a biennial report with the secretary of state under other provisions of this title.
