Sec. 4. The secretary of state shall certify to the attorney general, for an action as the attorney general reasonably considers appropriate, all interrogatories and answers to the interrogatories that disclose a violation of any of the provisions of this title under which the entity was created, requiring or permitting action by the attorney general.
