"Cremation" means:

1. (1) the incineration of:

   1. (A) the body of a deceased individual; or
   2. (B) a body part of a nondeceased individual; and
2. (2) the mechanical or manual reduction of identifiable bone fragments to unidentifiable bone fragments.
