- (a) A crematory authority shall maintain at the authority's place of business a permanent record of each cremation that took place at the facility. The record must contain the name of the decedent and the date of the cremation.
- (b) The crematory authority shall maintain a record of all cremated remains disposed of by the crematory authority under section 49 of this chapter.
