"Other entity" means:

1. (1) a limited liability company;
2. (2) a limited liability partnership;
3. (3) a limited partnership;
4. (4) a general partnership;
5. (5) a business trust;
6. (6) a real estate investment trust; or

7. (7) any entity that:

   1. (A) is formed under the requirements of applicable law; and
   2. (B) is not a corporation.
