"Other entity" means:
- (1) a limited liability company;
- (2) a limited liability partnership;
- (3) a limited partnership;
- (4) a general partnership;
- (5) a business trust;
- (6) a real estate investment trust; or
(7) any entity that:
- (A) is formed under the requirements of applicable law; and
- (B) is not a corporation.
