Ind. Code § 22-9.3-7-2

Awards in a civil action

As added by P.L.196-2025, SEC.18.

A prevailing plaintiff in an action under section 1 of this chapter may be awarded the following:

(1) Court costs and reasonable attorney's fees.
(2) Actual damages resulting from the violation.
(3) Declaratory or injunctive relief.
