Ind. Code § 22-9-9-3

"National Guard"

As added by P.L.151-2007, SEC.4.

As used in this chapter, "National Guard" means the:

(1) Indiana Army National Guard or the Army National Guard of another state; or
(2) Indiana Air National Guard or the Air National Guard of another state.
