Complaints of violations; resolutions

As added by P.L.136-2014, SEC.5.

(a) The commission shall receive, investigate, and attempt to resolve complaints of violations of this chapter from complainants in the manner provided by IC 22-9-1-6 .
(b) IC 22-9-1-16 , IC 22-9-1-17 , and IC 22-9-1-18 apply to complaints filed in accordance with this chapter.
