Chair; meetings; agendas

As added by P.L.60-2013, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.69-2015, SEC.55.
  1. (a) The governor shall serve as the chair of the council, and the lieutenant governor shall serve as the vice chair of the council.
  2. (b) The council shall meet at the call of the chair.
  3. (c) The chair shall establish the agenda for each meeting of the council.
