As used in this chapter, "agent" means a person who:

1. (1) enrolls or seeks to enroll a resident of Indiana through:

   1. (A) personal contact;
   2. (B) telephone;
   3. (C) advertisement;
   4. (D) letter; or

   5. (E) publications;

      in a course offered by a postsecondary proprietary educational institution; or

2. (2) otherwise holds the person out to the residents of Indiana as representing a postsecondary proprietary educational institution.
