Ind. Code § 22-4.1-18-4

Rules

As added by P.L.7-2011, SEC.21. Amended by P.L.121-2014, SEC.19.

(a) The department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to provide for the implementation and administration of this chapter.
(b) The rules may include the following provisions:
1. (1) Qualifications of applicants.
2. (2) Acceptable tests.
3. (3) Acceptable test scores.
4. (4) Criteria for retesting.
