The department may approve a training program under the pilot program that meets the following requirements:
- (1) The department determines that the training program is for a high wage and high demand occupation.
- (2) Completion of the training program results in an industry recognized credential or certification.
- (3) Completion of the training program substantially increases the likelihood of an individual being employed.
- (4) The training program is offered by an eligible provider.
