Ind. Code § 22-4-44-1 – "Eligible provider"

As used in this chapter, "eligible provider" has the meaning set forth in IC 22-4.1-20-1 . The term includes, for purposes of this chapter, a training provider listed on the department's eligible training provider list on the department's website.
