Establishment; purpose

As added by P.L.200-2025, SEC.29.

(a) The unemployment insurance modernization fund is established for the purpose of modernizing and maintaining the unemployment insurance system.
(b) The money in the fund is available to the department for the modernization of the unemployment insurance system.
