1. (a) As used in this article, except as provided in subsection (b), "employee" means an individual performing personal services that constitute employment under IC 22-4-8 , for remuneration.
2. (b) For purposes of IC 22-4-10-8 , "employee" has the meaning set forth in IC 22-4-10-8 .
