Ind. Code § 22-4-2-43

Tangible evidence of an active search

As added by P.L.200-2025, SEC.4.

As used in this article, "tangible evidence of an active search" means a written record that:

  1. (1) can be verified; and
  2. (2) includes the:

    1. (A) actions taken to search for work;
    2. (B) methods of applying for work;
    3. (C) type of work sought;
    4. (D) dates and places where work was sought;
    5. (E) name of the employer or person who was contacted in regard to the search for work; and
    6. (F) outcome of the contact described in clause (E).
