Ind. Code § 22-2-19-1

"Department of labor"

As added by P.L.96-2024, SEC.1.

(a) As used in this chapter, "department of labor" refers to the department of labor created by IC 22-1-1-1 .
(b) As used in this chapter, "department of veterans' affairs" refers to the Indiana department of veterans' affairs established by IC 10-17-1-2 .
