Sections 30 through 34 of this chapter apply only to the following:
- (1) Employment for which a minor who is at least fourteen (14) years of age and less than eighteen (18) years of age must obtain an employment certificate under this chapter.
- (2) Employment for which a minor who is at least fourteen (14) years of age and less than eighteen (18) years of age is not required to obtain an employment certificate under this chapter because of the application of section 14(e) of this chapter.
