As used in this chapter, "sale" means any of the following:
- (1) Transfer of title or possession, or both.
- (2) Exchange or barter, including conditional exchanges or agreements.
- (3) Giving cigarettes as samples, prizes, or gifts.
- (4) Exchange of cigarettes for consideration other than money.
